App Installation
Step 1: Install the App
Visit monday CRM's Marketplace and select the app Find Leads & Contact Info by RightBound.
Step 2: Select a Workspace
Choose your desired workspace (or workspaces) to add the app to, and click "Add app".
Step 3 (for monday work management users only):
If you're using monday work management (and not monday CRM), you will need to map your boards:
- Select your "Accounts" board, your "Contacts" board, and your "Leads" board
- Click "Save"
Define Your Target Persona
Set your target persona
Use the "Persona Builder" tab to set your desired target audience - this will define the new leads our app will source for you.
* Select functions (eg "Inside Sales" and "Sales")
* Select seniorities (eg "VP", "Head", "Director", "Manager")
* Select locations (eg "United States")
* Optionally, set titles to exclude, keywords in LinkedIn to include, keywords in LinkedIn to exclude.
Add Contact Information to CRM Records
Complete missing lead info
To add information such as current role, tenure, LinkedIn profile, and company information - select "Refresh" in the "RightBound Action" column.
The information will be added automatically for each new contact that you add to your board.
Find email and mobile phone number
To add email for records, select select "Find Email" in the "RightBound Action" column.
To add mobile phone numbers for records, select "Find Phone" in the "RightBound Action" column.
To add both email and mobile phone numbers for records, select "Find Email+Phone" in the "RightBound Action" column.
Find Personas Similar to an Existing Lead
Find new similar contacts
To expand your reach into an account so your reps can multi-thread, find additional people similar to an existing record by selecting "Find Similar Contacts" in the "RightBound Action" column.
Find New Prospects from Target Accounts
Add an account and start prospecting
Step 1: On the "Accounts" tab, click "New Account" and type the account name. You may also import a file of multiple accounts.
Step 2: Under the "RightBound Action" column, select "Find Contacts".
Note: it is mandatory to define your target persona before starting to prospect accounts.

Get notified when your contacts change jobs
To track a contact, select "Track" Under the "RightBound Action" column.
